Denver-based and New York born, I first stepped onto a yoga mat when I was twelve years old and in that moment, yoga became the backbone of my mental and physical health. Even as an instructor, the most important part of my teaching is to remain a steadfast student, something that helps me reach my own students regardless of where they are in their yoga journey.

Before leaving New York, I was a senior teacher at Modo Yoga NYC, one of the busiest hot yoga studios in the city. I taught the full roster of regularly sold-out classes and was a member of the teacher mentorship team. My mission has always been to offer a diverse array of styles for all yogis. That includes mobility classes for CrossFit athletes and martial arts practitioners at the Krav Maga Institute, Solace New York, and the New York Health and Racquet Club, as well as restorative classes for Salthaus Himalayan Salt Rooms in NYC.

I teach a variety of yoga styles including creative vinyasa, strength-based, restorative, and meditation. Iā€™m passionate about bringing the practice to anyone from a seasoned athlete to a novice yogi.

At the heart of every posture I teach is the belief that yoga is truly for every body.
